To want to sneeze all over DH's dinner?

Just that really! I've got the most rotten cold, nose running 19 to the dozen, flemmy cough, puffy eyes, sneezing every 5 mins, headache etc. DH is playing computer games with DS (5) and won't pause it to make dinner and expects me to do it! It's only toasted sandwiches FFS so not difficult (and also not much harder to make extra portions). So tempted to sneeze all over his once it's done!

I won't of course but.....

Do it! [Grin]

I'd go to bed and let him deal with dinner.

DramaQueenofHighCs · 06/04/2014 19:22

(Btw, I don't mind making dinner perse, but his only 'excuse' is that "It's difficult to pause this game." And it's nearly DS's bedtime.)

Perhaps I am being particularly grumpy tonight but I would have taken myself to bed with cold medication rather than make sarnies.

DramaQueenofHighCs · 06/04/2014 19:25

Maybe I'll just 'pretend' to sneeze on his.....

I'd love to go to bed funky but I'm a bit pecking myself so...Grr! Though as our toaster only does 2, I could just do mine and maybe DS's.

Well if you do it he is going to get "man flu" so you will have to be his nurse maid too - just go to bed. Stupid lazy twunt!

fuckoffbeaker · 06/04/2014 19:28

Maybe he feels that as you are only fannying around on internet, you are equally as capable as he is, after all he is keeping child entertained as well

DramaQueenofHighCs · 06/04/2014 19:48

To be fair, I'm fannying around on the internet on my phone and posted the original from the kitchen, but I get your point FOB! Smile (I had been watching their game)

Well I did the dinner and 'pretend sneezed' / to be fair he's usually pretty good at 'doing his share' - it's just that I feel so crappy!
