On a local board there was a post offering babysitting/mothers help etc in the Easter holidays.
Person was crb checked and had references so I contacted them only to be told that they would be away the first week of the holidays, busy for three days the following week and only actually available 1 morning that week to work.
Why offer to help in the Easter holidays if you are busy/away???
