AIBU to wonder how the hell she's doing wee wees when she's doing that climbing thing? She even slept on a hanging ledge thingy. I can't get my head around this.

Catheter and leg bag. Obviously.

Well I certainly wouldn't have climbed with my catheter. The pain if it slips from the leg bag. I howled when I dropped the bag in the shower..

She's pprobably just peeing freely in her knickers. Might warm her up I guess.

Just so long as she's not leading and it goes all down the ropes...

I would be shitting constantly if I was up that cliff! It looked terrifying.

I'm now worrying for the poor girl in case she's on her period....

So if they poo in foil do they have to carry it with them the whole time too?

The whole practicality of it makes me worry.

Also..what if the poo is...well..less than solid IYKWIM.

How would you make a neat parcel out of that then? And to be fair, as she was in a sort of dangerous position , then there could well have been a viscosity problem couldn't there?

Perhaps she just did what birds do, and stuck her bottom out of the nest as it were. Like a little sparrow!

Perhaps she's troughed a load of Immodium so that at least the poo problem won't arise.

Andy Kirkpatrick (the guy she is climbing with) and his teenage daughter were teasing Alex about this on Twitter a couple of nights ago. Andy's dd Ella, is also an experienced big wall climber, they did an "Our Story" for CBeebies last year where they climbed El Capitain in Yosemite.
