Really large open style place so staff oblivios , this couple have not purchased anything from the cafe

They are bvu!

I thought you were going to say they sat at your table, but this is nearly weirder.

How are they getting away with it?

Does what they are eating look nice?

Sit back and hope for a ruckus when the staff notice and tell them to bugger off.

They have diet coke and fruit pots and it was way cheaper to get else where one said to the other

Maybe they'll go and get a cup of tea in a minute?
