I purchased a jacket for my sons birthday from an eBay outlet of a large fashion brand. The jacket arrived on 10th Feb. My sons birthday was yesterday and the bloody thing is too small for him. I emailed the eBay store to see if I could exchange for a larger size. They said no as it is not in line with their 14 day return policy. They are right as it does state this on their page. Is that it then do I just have to buy him another one an try to resell to too small one? Thanks in advance.

It's such a shame but yes, that's it really.

The jacket was fit for purpose and the exchange date has passed.

Mean of them but they have no obligation to swop it. Annoying.

That's what I thought :-(

What about selling it on ebay yourself?

SWAP!

Blush sorry, it just grates me.
