Active kids vouchers

Am I alone I am becoming increasingly frustrated with waiting to be given Sainsbury active kids vouchers. When I go through the express check out I have to remember to ask for my active kids voucher and the response is usually sorry can you wait a minute? I wait and wait again while they collect them sometimes from a locked draw and then while they check and sign the receipt. Isn't there a better way?

Contact them and ask about it or make a suggestion to them. They won't know there's a problem without feedback.

And when you get them, do what I do and ask if I can have extra (from previous shoppers who didn't want theirs). I was once presented with an inch thick wadge.
