Just caught up. I hope the OP makes sure the residents know there are bollards in place or else it is obvious as they walk to their cars.

I would hate for them to whack the cars into reverse, hit the low level bollard and rip the underneath of their vehicle off leaving OP liable for the damage.

I agree nbee. A lot of people follow the op's posts only. I usually want to update quickly by looking at highlighted posts only rather than wearing through pages of "you go girl" and " this thread is so funny" drivel.
