A bloody woman on C4 news has just complained about the failings of the RSPCA because she had to put her dog in her car and rake it own the road for it to 'go to the toilet'. Shame on you RSPCA

What did she want the RSPCA to do?

I feel terribly sorry for the people who've been flooded and are suffering from the effects of the storm, but the media are really milking it. Clearly it's a "slow news" period as they are devoting roughly 70% of every bulletin to it at the moment. What ends up happening is they interview every loon under the sun and don't really reflect an accurate depiction of normal people's experience because they're desperate to fill up 20 minutes of a 30 minute programme with flood news.
