We moved house in October.
We have the same supplier in the new house, as we did in the old one. Except they can't seem to get or understand that we have moved. They seem to think we are in another house which is neither of the two, but they aren't sure
. I have complained. A LOT. We don't know what tarif we are on, or how much we have spent. We have never had a bill.
They are trying to sort it, and have been doing since January. It is part of a huge cock up in their IT system.
Except I'm sick of it all. Should I just switch providers? They don't seem to think we exist
