To let dd see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory again?

Dh and I are differing over this one.

Dd is due to go and see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Guides next week. Can't remember how much the tickets were but they are subsidised so less than £30 I think including travel.

Younger dds also want to see it and I've said we'll get tickets for later on this year. Dd1 wants to see it again with the rest of the family.

Dh thinks she should choose - either see it with Guides or with us. I'm sort of on the fence. I can see his point of view but if we're buying tickets for 4, it wouldn't be that much extra for 5. Also, I'm pleased she still wants to do family stuff, I know that won't last (she's 12.5).

Of course let her come. She will want to spend time with the family. It is about having a fun time together as much as the film

It's the show grennie so tickets will be £££. But I still think if we're buying for 4, we can buy for 5.

Let her go again, it's a fabulous show and worth seeing twice.

If you can afford it, I would say let her do both. She'll enjoy seeing it with her friends.
My dd2 (9) saw the pantomime at our local theatre twice over Christmas. Once with us and once with school. She had a great time with her friends and still enjoyed it as much the second time round with us.
She did have the option of going for a third time with brownies but said that 3 times was one too many!
