The OU sent me a package on the 8th Jan. It still hasn't arrived, although I have re-arranged delivery three times.

I am extremely annoyed with them.

They once posted an Ipad I ordered through the open top lounge window where it crashed onto the wooden floor for the dog to play with. They then forged my signature and lied. Absolutely awful!!

How far is the depot?

After waiting in for it 3 times, I think I'd be tempted to collect it rather than wait in anymore, especially considering you have no idea how many more times you will have to wait in for it.

If you can't take time off to collect your parcel, how do you manage to wait in for the delivery?

I don't know if you know this OP, but you can collect parcels from Yodel on Saturday as well as weekdays.

I know I intensely dislike waiting in for anyone, so if they are late, that annoys me somewhat, however, if they don't show up at all, that would fuck me off no end. How you have managed to rearrange 3 deliveries without storming down to the depot and having them by the short and curlies I do not know.

I hate picking up from that depot Donki,is it the Middleton one? But be thankful they don't use HDNL as their depot is even worse to navigate to, especially in the dark.

I get my parcels delivered to the local shop now where I used to work.

I arranged delivery to a neighbour who was willing to sign, (twice) but they didn't deliver it there; and then they said they would deliver today. And didn't.
