To go completely gooey for baby Oleg!

It's just an advert, it's not real and baby meerkats don't wear baby grows. However I go completely gooey every time I see the advert! It's completely and utterly adorable and I want a baby Oleg please.

Anyone else or am I bonkers?

I haven't seen the adverts but I've got one coming to me in the post soon as I recently renewed my insurance through them.
Will post back when it arrives and let you know if it is indeed worth 'gooing' over!

The toy doesn't look all that, but the little snuggly animated one is adorable!! I definitely need to get a life. The funny thing is I have a snuggly newborn, so you would think I would have had my cuteness fix!

I must admit I went 'all of a squidge' when I saw the ad last night when they put Oleg to bed.

Me too! I can pass on babies but i go all gooey over him!
And i didnt renew my car insurance yesterday through them just so i can have him.....oh no!
I also didnt text my DP after telling him that we were adopting a baby. He text back ' let me guess, is his name Oleg by any chance?! '

Cute, yes, but the cynic in me immediately concluded that they must have understood that the meercats had just about exhausted their potential and that they needed something new to grab people's interest.. And, as many studies conclude, it's hatdwired in us to feel drawn to cute babyish things (e.g. Andrex puppy, JL hare ad)..
