to think that my neighbours must be deaf??

They're watching a film and I can feel the bass in my feet through the floor. Jesus christ!

Now they're lovely people but something I am convinced that they are a bit dim. Who turns up a film so jeffing loud that even I cannot hear myself think???

Maybe they have surround sound and the bass speaker is next to your wall?

still quite ridiculous though. Every now and then they ask if I can hear their kids running about. I'm quite honest and say yes - so they know sound travels.

..my neighbours are deaf and in their 90s - we live in a detached house and I can still hear their TV...

Sadly - I am going that way too and have to have the sound up on ours - live and let live...

..should say - deaf but not 90.... well not yet anyway..
