When you know you are being unreasonable (light hearted)

Just now there was an asda delivery truck blocking my drive. I'm not going anywhere (yet) and so it was doing no harm.

I had to stop myself going out and telling him to move. He was there for 15 mins as well. A long 15 mins for me!

I would have been an idiot if I had told him to move. Especially as he's a delivery truck & wouldn't be there for long.

What unreasonable things do you think of doing? Or do you actually do? Shock Wink

A few years ago it used to really annoy me when people park in our spaces in the office car park. It clearly says our company name and our car park is small so people do get het up if someone parks in their space.

I have on ocassion been known to go and park behind them so they have to come up and ask me to move if they want to get out....petty but quite satisfying.

I haven't done it for a couple of years though, am trying hard not to sweat the small stuff and pick my battles :)

I don't think you would have been unreasonable to ask him to move. What if you were in a rush and had to go out? OK, you weren't, but still its not on.

I don't think it would have been unreasonable to ask him to move if you were going out, and I am sure he would have been happy to. It really is hard to find places to stop as a delivery driver (only did it once and it was a NIGHTMARE! Never used my hazards so much!) so give him a break and feel warm and fuzzy for not making his day worse than it needed to be.
