Was better 25 odd years ago, with just four channels?

YANBU. Not quite 25 years ago but I liked Don't Forget Your Toothbrush.

I used to watch Casualty way back then. Wonder what happened to that?

I don't know if its the channels it's what's on them, my family spent chat as bemoaning the lack of a seventies style comedy.

I know we knock them now, but there isn't anything that I cans it down with my DC and enjoy which isn't some sort of talent contest. I remember watching only fools and horses, porridge etc as a family. Wish there was something we could all enjoy.

I find myself flicking through and noticing really good stuff on channels I've never even heard of, and wouldn't think to look at.

I'm glad we have more than 4 channels but there are far too many, so all the good shows are too spread out.

I used to watch Casualty when Robson Green was a porter in it.

I yearn for the olden days of television. ..

I am going to start watching Casualty again in the New Year as Lee Mead has a new role in it.

It appears nothing has changed. It's still shit.
