AIBU about leftover chicken?

Leftover roast chicken reheated has a weird stringy texture to it - usually I just chuck it in a (jar of) sauce on the hob by the way so I don't dry it out but AIBU (or possibly doing it wrong!!)

Everyone else has been going on about recipes with leftovers and I think I cannot be the only person who boaks at the thought of reheated chicken?!

I never eat reheated meat I always think it tastes and smells odd. My bf is more than happy to though so he finishes it

I don't like it just reheated, but cold in a sandwich or salad is nice, or made into something like curry or fajitas, yum.

Curry is far nicer when made at home with leftover chicken! Looking forward to my turkey curry tonight!

Don't cook it again, just heat it through.

Such as in a pie.

I tend to use it in recipes rather than by itself. Today I did burritos for lunch and there's enough meat left to stick in chicken noodle soup which I bulk out with bok choi.

Have had my seasonal favourite of turkey and beetroot sandwiches on Boxing Day, cold meat with fried potatoes, turkey curry tonight and a turkey, ham and leek pie filling is on its way to the freezer.
