Goodness me. I was still in bed at 9:00 this morning. I would have only wanted visitors if they were bringing me coffee and fresh pastries.

Good for you for fitting in a bit of Mumsnetting Grin

But why would you do it?
Next time spread out the visits over the season, otherwise you'll need January off.
We have one lot on 6th December, general friends and party on the 13th, just our family for Christmas day, relatives on Boxing day, other relatives on 28th and then it's New Year.
My excuse was a small house, but it makes everything so much more fun and relaxing.

Orangeanddemons · 25/12/2013 16:46

Well, db was unexpected, as was the lot at 5:30

We've been the same but i love it.

Seeing all my loved ones makes it a special day, if a little overwhelming at times.
