I know it's very late but I can't sleep and it's fine because these stories about nightmare MILs at Christmas are keeping me entertained and less guilty about getting stressed with my own family!! Please tell me more of your craziest MIL/Christmas nightmares to keep me entertained at this late hour (lighthearted!)

YABU. Why would you enjoy reading women denigrating other women?

I really love my mil. She's a lovely person, but can be really irritating sometimes.

that being said, i also like reading about other people's in laws, well any family issues to be honest. Sometimes what will rile me about my extended family doesn't rile someone else and it's interesting to read how others deal with stuff.

you could substitute the word women here for anything. Like - people, humans etc. So i don't think it's much of an argument imo.
