Useless Pathetic Scumbags?

I ordered my dd1 a present which was logged for delivery on 13/12/13 but it hasn't arrived and now UPS say they can't find it!
This is after a week of me phoning UPS and being fobbed off saying it had been stored in tamworth and they would locate it and send it on to me

Amazon are trying to get the seller to send me another one but it won't be here til possibly after new year
