Dd went to loo thisnorning as norm and had a normal poo (she's 5) she's just had abit if wind and followed through a load of clear liquid.. looks abit mucousy...
Asked her to squat so I could have a look where it was coming from and more came out..
Foamy clear liquid.. got docs app in an hour but I'm panicing!

I suffered from proctitis, a form of ulceritive colitis and the main symptom was mucous. I have no idea in children but it was treated and haven't had any problems for 5 years or so now.

Oh dear this phone really doesn't like me tonight! My first thought was constipation but she went normally thismorning..?

I find that different foods have different reactions so it could be, but again I've never had mine checked out!!. How did it go at the Drs?

It could be a symptom of lactose intolerance.

I have never had that happen you are doing the right thing though.

Doc said that the amount she passed is pretty common in children and just to keep an eye out incase it becomes blood stained or she gets any abdominal pain. But if not she's absolutely fine :)
