So If women have been in refugee camps for 2 years but have 6 month old babies why are we still giving them money if they wont stop reproducing.

Ive just linked several news articles to his page. I cannot understand how people can be that stupid. Do they honestly think reproduction in other countries, particularly in war-torn ones is down to woman just wanting a huge family or does it never cross their minds that woman are attacked and raped even within their own families?
