To want some sleep and me time

It's my first time posting on here and am a long time lurker.
I am a SAHM and whilst I realise that this goes the territory, I'm just asking for a bit of sleep and a few hours alone. All 3 of my children have had highly contagious different usual childhood illnesses over the past 4 weeks on and off. This has meant all staying at home, together, alone and long nights of no sleep. DH works long hours and has had several work trips away during this time. These work trips are more social drinking and posh restaurants etc than heavy going work meetings.

I received a text about 30 mins ago saying he had just got in from a night out so no doubt will roll home very late today. AIBU to say after a total of about 20 hours sleep in the past week and him promising to come back early today that I am really fed up and fuming?

You poor thing! You are not being unreasonable, can you text him back and tell him you need him back ASAP?

Does he know exactly how bad it's been?

YADNBU!

Text him back and explain why he must come home ASAP. Will he refuse?
