And all these type of programmes?

So much better than antiques roadshow!

Love Barry's cars - and his hair!

But he fell a mighty long way in my estimations when he told Brandi that he liked cigars 'only after they've been dipped in brandy'. How neither she nor Jared clocked him one is beyond me.

stickysausages · 25/11/2013 22:14

Storage wars is better than storage hunters, we're slightly obsessed!

Barry is a total ledge. Must be a millionaire who does it as a hobby

Mrs4561 · 25/11/2013 22:16

Yuuuuuuuuuup!

RedPencils · 25/11/2013 22:18

Hang on, I'm talking about Storage Hunters.
I didn't realise there was two storage auction shows. I'll have to look out for that one.

knittedslippersx3 · 25/11/2013 22:18

Storage Hunters beats Storage Wars hands down!

MsNobodyAgain · 25/11/2013 22:41

Yuuuuuuuuuup!
Money!
"Don't forget to pay the lady"
"All day long dawg"
"Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about"

Love Barry.
Loathe team Brandori.

Totally addicted to both programs. Blush

WheresTheHoneyMummy · 25/11/2013 22:51

DS2 is team T-Money, DD2 is team Brandori! We're sure Sean's been in those bins beforehand and had a rummage, how else would he know which one to auction last.
DS2 also loves Lizard Lick Towing. I'm sure that's fake cos the the guys they take the cars from never go after the camera crew!

LulaPalooza · 25/11/2013 23:05

YANBU. I love storage wars. Dave Hester is suing the programme makers for breach of contract and is claiming the show is rigged. I love Brandi and Barry.

Barry was rich before he started on the show, he does it for fun.

I love SW Texas too, though it's not quite the same without Miss Lesa and Big Jerty

YUUUUUP!

Terrortree · 25/11/2013 23:12

Yuuuuup! In America they have a channel where they play the whole series back to back all day - I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. That and criminal minds, I could barely bring myself to do what I'd gone to do (which most definitely wasn't to watch TV).

I ended up watching every single episode on the internet with my husband over a few weekends. Was great hangover TV. Not as keen on storage hunters, but it'll do.

TheCrackFox · 25/11/2013 23:16

Dave Hester is a total wanker.

childrendriveumad · 25/11/2013 23:20

Apparently Dave Hester lost! (according to DP)

Currently watching tonight's episodes! My DP is an auctioneer by trade and has been trying the style as practised by Dan!

He's not succeeded though and is doing my head in!!!

Hissy · 25/11/2013 23:29

Where the heck can I see Storage hunters? What channel is that on?

PrincessFlirtyPants · 25/11/2013 23:31

It's on Dave during the day, Hissy.

Clearlymisunderstood · 25/11/2013 23:31

Love how Daryl invents currency "that's an eighty dollar bill right there"
Demolition wars and gold hunters are my other favourites Grin

Hissy · 25/11/2013 23:33

I don't get Dave. I have freesat, not freeview.

*may be overtired

PrincessFlirtyPants · 25/11/2013 23:36

Can you not view it somewhere online?

There was a fight on it the other day

JiminyCricketsMiddleWicket · 25/11/2013 23:37

Oh I've got to watch this. How did I miss it ?
I'm currently hooked on Hoarders, Dance Mums and Beverly Hills Housewives. They're all as mad as a box of frogs and make me feel normal for the thirty minutes or so.

Terrortree · 26/11/2013 01:03

Yuuuup. All episodes (Storage Wars) are available online [smug]. Storage hunters I'm not sure as I've never checked.

OhMerGerd · 26/11/2013 03:23

Here I am can't sleep but now muttering ... mmmmunay!

Its so set up I don't know why I watch... really why do i watch? Like the quirky lockers best not keen on the big ones like the fire engine, that boat or the helicopter mainly cos its always Brandon and Lori who get it after some bitchin' and hard starin' .

Which one was it where the older guy ( looks like a 1970's American crime show actor) flirted with the young woman who worked at the Neon sign museum? That gave me the creeps.

LulaPalooza · 26/11/2013 23:34

childrendriveumad the case isn't over yet. His breach of claim has yet to be heard I think. In America I believe it's an unlawful termination claim and a judge recently ruled that part of his claim has some merit.

I am a sad geeky lawyer looking forward to that judgment.

YUUUUUUUUP!
