Can I wear this to an interview at smart firm for p/t marketing job - Black blazer has massive stain I didn't notice -

Smart winter coat
Pastel cardigan
Smart dress
Tights
Smart heels

and take the coat off when I get there? Please tell me if that will be ok and not too casual?
