To be panicking that I've caught trichinosis?

I cooked a shoulder of pork this afternoon. When it was done I had a dip (bread) from the juices in the bottom of the roasting tin. I then put the pork on a plate and later noticed the juices were slightly pink. I'm seriously worried that I may have caught trichinosis! am I being silly or is this a real concern. I didn't eat any of the pork?

I had to google trichinosis but it'd be unlikely you'd get it from the meat juices unless you know the meat was crawling.

I'd have thought the pan juices would be too hot for anything to have survived. Thats in the event anything was alive in the meat in the first place.

I have no idea what trichinosis is an I am NOT googling it. But don't panic, the 'juices and fat' are very hit I'm sure nothing can survive!

How big was the joint? How long did you cook it for? What temperature did you cook it at?
