Long standing customer, have monthly delivery pass thingy. I've been waiting for the email to tell me that the Christmas delivery slots are open. Had an email in September saying they would be open towards the end of October.
So, no email. I hardly ever use the website but order from my phone. I went on there last night to double check they hadn't opened them despite the lack of email and lo and behold they had and all the sodding slots had gone.
I don't want my Christmas food delivered on 20th December FFS.
I have been back and checked my emails and spam folder and no email from them re Christmas. Lots of other emails from them.
Am I the only one this has happened to?
