Long standing customer, have monthly delivery pass thingy. I've been waiting for the email to tell me that the Christmas delivery slots are open. Had an email in September saying they would be open towards the end of October.

So, no email. I hardly ever use the website but order from my phone. I went on there last night to double check they hadn't opened them despite the lack of email and lo and behold they had and all the sodding slots had gone.

I don't want my Christmas food delivered on 20th December FFS.

I have been back and checked my emails and spam folder and no email from them re Christmas. Lots of other emails from them.

Am I the only one this has happened to?

WIBU to complain?

Don't worry, they also release slots closer to Christmas. Last year, I managed to secure a Christmas Eve slot a week before Christmas (iyswim).

I was pissed off too when I realised they'd released the Christmas slots without sending an email.

Nope - same happened to me.

Had a sudden thought yesterday morning on the school run that I hadn't booked anything yet, came home and found the slots open.

I managed to book for first thing 22 Dec which isn't too bad.

I got an email late Sept / early Oct stating I could book from late October - but I expected a reminder email nearer the time.

I rarely use the website, use the Ipad app mostly.

I'm so cross, I've just complained. There is no point in paying for a delivery pass if you don't get priority for these slots.

I got an email the week before the slots opened, telling me the date I could book.

I got an email on 9th September telling me I would be emailed on 1st October with the date from which I could start booking.

1st October I had the email which said I could book my slot from the 24th October. No reminder emails were sent.

Check all your emails from October 1st (spam etc) thats the date you would have been sent your slot date.

Just checked (again) - no email. I have emails from them from 30 Sep, 2nd and 4th Oct so it's not as though I'm not getting their emails. I did get the 9th Sep one. Automated response from them to say they will respond within 48hrs.
