To wonder what goes on at parent's evening?

Tonight is my DS's parents evening at nursery. I wasn't really aware they would have them at a nursery and my DS is only 2.8. Is there anything special I need to do or ask? I can't think what there would be to tell me that isn't either in the sharing book or in the end of day chat with his keyworker.

I would expect them to tell you about DS "he likes his dinosaurs and can count to 5, mainly plays nicely, but gets grumpy if he has to share". Maybe also say "he is good at recognising colours but doesn't seem to know the names of animals, perhaps you can play games with him for that".
ie - show they know your child

• nudge you if he is struggling at all in any area

You should
a) raise any concerns you have about his development
b) ask if they have any concerns about his development
c) tell them how much he likes nursery
