AIBU to be highly irritated with FEDEX

So awaiting a delivery today and just got a call from them claiming because there is restricted access at one end they couldn't deliver, there is no restricted access at the other end of the road a 5 minute detour.Hmm

When I queried this I was told the following things
1 - they don have sat nav and can't look at alternative routes
2 - if they have maps they may not know how to use them
3 - they can't ask for directions

Seriously - tell me AIBU to be annoyed.
They have passed me around I have spoken to 6 people so far, been hung up on once, been told they have no contact with drivers, I mean I feel like I am going crazy. I have all then names of people I have spoken to and still gotten nowhere, while I have been annoyed I have not been abusive or shouted at them, however much I feel like it. And still it's not resolved. Permission to scream.

YANBU on this occasion, sounds awful, although I have to say that generally FedEx are awesome and by far the best courier I've used. Can you get to the depot to collect?

No it's a large item wouldn't fit in car easily. What's annoying is the obvious lies, and endless people who can do nothing except blame me for living where I do - not even vaguely remote and with easy access.
So now I have spoken to 7 people -really how difficult can this be I do a large amount of internet shopping and have many deliveries even Yodel can manage this.
