to help promote breastfeeding in the UK?

This follows on from the research study where families are given shopping vouchers for bf. Most people (including me) find this a bit ridiculous but since hearing about this I have tried to come up with a good/witty/relevant initiative to promote bf, just to see if it can be done.

I am aware that the most important thing is bf support so money should be spent to put more support in place but most things in this day and age have some sort of PR and 'things' (ideas and concepts) become more attractive and desirable if they are promoted well.

Companies selling formula obviously advertise and campaign rigorously and very successfully and it has worked, hasn't it? People trust formula.

How would you 'sell' bf to new families?

PLEASE please note that this is not a that thread about ff versus bf because both have their time and place IMO.
