I've just looked at the video of it and it reminds me of that programme about dogging !

M0naLisa · 13/11/2013 00:27

My friend showed me this last week and i stood in shock watching it on youtube, i mean WTAF?!

Awful awful awful. Luckily my boys havent heard it yet.

M0naLisa · 13/11/2013 00:28

You do know that is was made by Norwegian comedians as a parody of club music. Says more about us than them that it became a hit.

BlessedAssurance · 13/11/2013 00:35

The worst song ever, try being in Norway, the kids sing it All the time. Thank God DD is not that much into it. It was never meant to go viral, they were looking for the worst idea ever for their talkshow, however the world hijacked it and made them famous. :-P ggggrrrrr. Hate it

BlingBang · 13/11/2013 00:37

Though it might be a change from the 1000th rendition of Dumb Ways To Die.

JustRestingMyEyes · 13/11/2013 00:38

So did you like the Dancing with the stars routine then?

Morgan Freeman is about as impressed as I am...

tinyturtletim · 13/11/2013 06:00

Love it

Will you communicate by mooo ooo rr sseee hoorrssee ha ha ha ha

GaryBarlowsPants · 13/11/2013 06:52

I thought DS was singing 'for fucks sake' and told him off! Had no idea this was such a popular song (that has the MN seal of approval). Will take a look.

GaryBarlowsPants · 13/11/2013 06:57

oops .. Just read thread properly and saw it does not have MN seal of approval

nicename · 13/11/2013 07:00

Is it really bad? Will my neighbours enjoy it on loop at 6am? Maybe that will get them back for nocturnal toddler drumming (bleary eyes this morning).

Lovecat · 13/11/2013 07:05

In the meantime, I LOVE it. It's funny. And it's a sight more witty and tuneful than a lot of other stuff out there. Plus they're fairly easy on the eye... :)

My only worry is that children may watch it on YouTube and then click onto their 'Dubstep' song. Which is very, very funny but not at all suitable for small people...Confused

Hawkmoth · 13/11/2013 10:32

Neither is "amazing horse" which I clicked on after the Narwhal Song. O_o

whatsonyourplate · 13/11/2013 11:29

I think it's fab, and love the video. My kids love the annoying orange version 'what does the sock say?'.

SoupDragon · 13/11/2013 11:38

LOLOL - love the DWTS routine!

I like this song because it is obviously crap. I loved it when I heard it on Scott Mills a good few weeks back. Particularly with the whole fucks sake thing.

salsmum · 13/11/2013 11:54

My DB and Dn from the states stayed recently and raved about it Confused I watched it and thought its about as irritating as nails dragged slowly down a blackboard.

LittleMissGerardPoppyButler · 13/11/2013 11:57

I love it Blush

Though it still hasn't answered the question has it!!

GobblersAnyKnobFucker · 13/11/2013 12:06

I LOVE it Grin

willyoulistentome · 13/11/2013 12:10

My DS showed me this the other day. I thought it was funny. Random, but funny. The thing that made us laugh most though was me trying and failing to demonstrate to him the noises that foxes DO actually make.

(We are rural and so hardly ever see/hear them.)

Indigoviolet3 · 13/11/2013 12:15

That's made my day!

AdoraBell · 13/11/2013 12:16

I consider myself Lucky in that I've only heard my DDs Singing it. They have a friend though who is banned from it because her Mum will not be convinced that it says "fox" and not "Fuck" . To be fair we are abroad and English is not the oficial language, but it's driving her poor DD nuts.
