To get a cleaner?

Slightly thinking a head as currently living with the in laws okay maybe a lot

In the near future we will be looking to buy our own place. It will be small probably a 2 or 3 bed house. I work 4 days and only have the 1 dc so in reality cleaning doesn't take me that long.

Would it be really lazy to get a cleaner just so I don't have to do it in the evenings?

I have one and I'm currently on mat leave. Frankly I'll make sacrifices elsewhere rather than give her up. She is brilliant and I love her.

Whether you live in a mansion or a 1 bedroomed flat, if you can afford it and want a cleaner then get one.

I've been musing this myself for a cleaner to keep on top of a small 3 bed terrace; what sort of cost would it entail? I'm getting more and more tempted by the idea but I bet its a damn sight more than the £9 a week my mum used to pay

Ha! At "kitchen, bathrooms and floors need cleaning more than once a week". Not in our house they don't!

Cleaner comes once a week (also work 4-5 days a week) and unless something catastrophic happens, that's just fine.

Do it.

I thought the same thing, wishingchair! But didn't post earlier as I didn't want to look like a slob.
