.... when you buy something in stock, then that is confirmed by phone...then they escalate your issues because weeks later nothing is happening and no-one calls you...they give you a better washing machine and £50 compensation but oh then they tell you that the installation fee and the disposal fee you paid is no longer valid as this is a new order!!!! When you and others are making all the phone calls about this ( if you didn't chase them they wouldn't do anything) and they start quoting terms and conditions...isn't it then reasonable to eventually get your money back, go elsewhere and order that new cooker that you have finally decided upon(the first in your entire life) anywhere BUT J L!!! How can companies who supply JL cope with this if their customers can't
