Just read this article with the former apprentice Saira khan- sorry but why would you put yourself through all that to look like a you are about to enter a body building contest?

They don't look like they are entering body building contests tho?

And actually, it's the kind of thing our bodies are designed to do..... Not sit in front of a tv/computer or drive cars

And 'put yourself through all that'???

It's fun! It gets you out, meeting people and has many many health benefits
