I have been with T Mobile for about 5 years and before they switched to EE I never really had any problems, if my phone broke, it got sent away for repairs, no issue, if I had a problem with my bill, got sorted, no issue.
Now, my coverage can be quite shit, my signal/internet will suddenly die.
Now my latest issue, my handset is broken, tried to sort it over the phone as it is still in warranty and that was a huge farce so ended up taking it into store and got given a loan phone. The charger for the loan phone was the wrong one, so had to go back when I found I couldnt charge it and had the third degree for 45 minutes of my lunchbreak (I only get half an hour) before they would give me the right one.
Tried the 'track your repair online' and my handset was left in the shop almost a week before it had even been sent off. so I asked if the two week to repair started when I took it back or when it got sent off, and I was told that they dont know but whatever it is its closer to 4 weeks.
Now, I know this all sucha first world problem, but the loan phone is shit I can barely hear on it.

I work in a job where I am out on site quite a lot and this is the only way my nursery/family/husband/work know they can get hold of me.
