To wonder where you go when there's no one in post?

Two of the most prominent issues out there at the moment. Welfare and housing.

One element of the welfare issue is the effect on disabled people.

However, I was surprised to hear this afternoon that since the reshuffle there is no minister for disabled people and no minister for housing.

AIBU to wonder where the heck you go regarding issues with either? (On a national level - if it was local I'd contact my own MP even though it IS Francis Maude).

It's a bit remiss, is it not?

Telling though - soon there will be no housing and no welfare.

There will be ministers responsible for these issues following the reshuffle, it's just that they are no longer single portfolio ministers.

It will, however, be interpreted that these issues are no longer sufficiently important to justify having a minister focused primarily on these issues.
