Sorry on phone so don't know if link working properly. This bill reads like some Orwellian nightmare, I can't believe the term "corporate parent" is even remotely acceptable in any society. Seems that Scotland has decided it is time to do away with family and parents all together, such a sad lack of respect for everyone especially our children. The GIRFEC process was bad enough, this will be even more open to abuse by misinterpretation and really makes me feel sick.
