My house is full of two four year olds and two five year olds. If they make me pretend to be their prisoner again and put me in the downstairs dungeon cloakroom, AIBU to stay there reading back copies of magazines and deny all knowledge of the baked beans over the walls?

No, YA absolutely NBU! Make them bring you snacks and drinks, too. Prisoners have rights.

Don't come out until they've brought you hob nobs for good behaviour.

Now mine are older I let them go on xbox during play dates for an easy life

When ds goes on a return visit he's baffled when baking & all manner of other wholesome activities are suggested
