To be davastated at finding a wobbly tooth

Discovered ds' first wobbly tooth today! I am so upset, a sign of him growing up. I know, totally unreasonable aren't I?! It's just going soooo fast it's not fair!

Not alone, I confess to shedding a small tear when DD1 got her first wobbly tooth, I remembered how hard come by they were, didn't seem long enough!!

I cried a bit when DS lost his first one, not in front of him though. The worst bit was I asked him if he was going to put it under his pillow and he said 'no, fairies don't exist I'll give it to you and you give me a pound'. He was 6, he is 7 now and has told me he will go along with father Christmas for his sister :-(

i cried when ds1 got his first tooth because i would never see his gummy little smile again! pmsl

didn't cry when he lost his first one though, he was nearly 8 and it'd been a long time coming lol

But it could take aaaaages to fall our bedhead .. dd3's bottom two teeth were wobbly for months (I kid you not!) before they finally fell out. (Probably because her adult teeth grew behind her baby teeth so they never pushed the root "up" enough for them to come out properly! Her top two teeth are wobbly now but have been for a while. I'm dreading those ones coming out because it always makes them look so "geeky", then the new ones grow in all gappy and change their sweet wee faces

DS1 (5.7) just got his first one and I felt very wobbly myself! I had to ring DH at work...

Ahhh but think of all the fun! Letters to tooth fairy, letter back and money etc etc... I have kept all dds letters and teeth!

I didn't like it either, DD just lost her first tooth too

Ahh feel less unreasonable now! Choking up here lol. He's only 5! I am absolutely gutted, he's my only child too. I hope it does take ages to come out. And I will make some fab letters, but i just wish he'd stay little forever!
