Well, she has a loving partner, so that will make two people (at least) who aren't put off by her appearance.

It might be insensitive to say that people will be put off by KP's reconstructed face, but unfortunately it's also realistic. Disfigurement is disfigurement. I wish it wasn't that way, and that people were unshockable, but things are the way they are. I'm sure OP didn't mean any offence.
