To go out and leave them to it

Dcs messed up their bedroom while I was having a lie in, DH is now grumpy and having a go at them. Everyone is fed up. All attempts by me to improve the atmosphere chez stuff have been met by a wall of grumpiness. I really feel like going out for coffee and leaving them all to it.

Do it Grin Grin Grin

Its amazing what the shock factor of going out saying "I'm sick of this, call me when you've tidied up and decided to be nice to each", will do for general attitude.

I stayed. I've vetoed a trip to the supermarket and after lunch we are leaving the house! No idea yet where we are going. Everyone seems to have calmed down.
