To go back to bed for a nap

DD is having her last morning at the childminders as I am on maternity leave. We kept her there despite finishing work last week as we moved house on Monday and this was supposed to be time for me to unpack.

But I feel knackered, we've all had colds So no one has slept well, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and this may well be my last child free morning for a year.

I should use every minute unpacking, but the bedroom lounge and kitchen are fairly sorted, and I just can't be arsed.

So, morning in bed or shift my ass and stop being lazy.

Go back to bed, rest is important

I'm still in bed, kids have gone to school (to be fair there is very little I could do if I got up as I'm on enforced rest, not pregnant though)

Enjoy your nap- you made the right call Grin

have you done as you were told and had that well earned rest?

Are you me? We all have colds, DS slept with us the last 2 nights because we were worried about his breathing, I'm 38 weeks and just got up from a 2.5h nap while DS was taken to the playground. Was supposed to unpack baby things and build the sidecar cot. I feel much better for having slept, the other stuff can wait for now and I feel much more ready to face dinner time.

So yes, I hope you are me and feel better too Grin

You have to ask? Of course you should go back to bed.

Hope you're feeling better Xiao.

I had an hours nap and felt much better although guilty for not unpacking so then spent 2 hours unpacking like mad so ended up just as knackered!

This cold and sore throat bug is really draining...
