one of my friend wears it a lot she looks amazing she also wears bright light green, and even yellow.

Pearlescent baby blue eyeshadow up to the eyebrows is a bit wrong though, especially when accompamied by pearly pale pink lipstick and stripes of dark pink rouge. So not a good look on me and my friends at the age of 12

My old headmistress used to wear loads of thick pale blue eyeshadow. Was bloody horrible. But then so was she.

It's not the colour that's the problem though, it's the application. It can look good, but bold colours need to be done much more carefully than neutral ones.

mrspremise I too was guilty of such crimes to make up when I was a young teen - which is why I think it should be eradicated hahaha
