as long as they are old enough to be safe downstairs alone then do it!

They're 7 and 4 .. My bedroom is at top of stairs and stairs lead up from the lounge ... I can hear them breathing practically!

DS was up at 5.30, but is potty training (not at night in theory, but...) so I can't ignore the "Muuuuuummmmmmmyyyyyy, I neeeeeeed the toooooiiilllleeeetttt" call. DH got up too, but I sent him back to bed so he's had about another three hours.

So far we've watched Cars 2, and are currently watching Toy Story as a "treat" Blush

Sneak away. Sounds lovely.

elcranko · 14/09/2013 09:16

Do it! And enjoy Smile

At the age of 4 I can't think why he'd need to be accompanied to watch bionicles anyway so next time leave him to our and jump back straight into bed :o

YANBU. I do this every weekend
