to have discovered my DH is...

...entitled?!

I'm so ashamed, we just pulled into a moto services and he was driving in circles getting rapidly more annoyed before announcing "where are the child spaces??"

I replied they weren't obliged to have them just park anywhere and he went all Angry "but the babies will get wet !"

What do I do??

my husband parked normally and declared he would be foaming if anyone parked next to him as they can see we have a car seat Shock

then got pissy when we walked past a parent and child space and I wouldnt let him go back and move the car!

that dd was already out of....

on a sunny day!

Ooohhh don't get me started... I've perfected my 'you don't even have a car seat and you've parked in a child space' glare.
DH is the opposite... Parks in really tight spaces just to be close to the door. Sigh

He's decided to find a council estate build project to be all NIMBY about instead

Ooh my DP gets really quite angry if he catches people parking in parent and child spaces without so much of a sniff of a baby between them. Have to remind him it's only a parking space, calm down dear Grin

I'mFine - my DH does too.

He doesn't drive and we don't have a car but he still likes to have a froth about it!

Ah, now my DH has been known to say at a service station "pull over ther and I'll get them something to eatwhile you park". I have then found DS at the front of the ladies toilet queue looking very uncomfortable with a dd clutching. DH has been drinking coffee at this point. The DC. Probs about 8 and 5 at the time. Have been known to get a coffee from the machine and join the que ue with it. In France - high season. He's better trained now 10 years on.

I have to confess that I leave PA notes on windscreens when I've seen single, able-bodied people parking in parent-and-baby or disabled spaces...Blush I just can't help myself, sorry!

My OH when asked about parent and child spaces;

"Oh you mean the ones my dad insists on parking in if I'm in his car?"

Facepalm

I prefer my mums when she's been shopping with the baby;
"Oh am I allowed to use those too? I'm not his parent..."

I worry for my child

Aw, I am worried about the poor damp babies, did they stay dry? I think it was quite sweet of him to worry about that.

When my DH sees people parking in the parent and child spaces without a kid he quite loudly comments on 'It's always the fat lazy bastards that could do with the walk who do that'. Shame.

I saw a great big poo in a disabled bay recently.

The rest of the family couldn't understand why I was laughing uncontrolably.

That is what MN has done to me.

have you a massive buggy? did the staff at the Moro stop rush out and carry it for you shielding the babies from the rain with their bodies?

No he's not allowed to said anything. He just froths ragefully while I drag him off warning him I'll tell all of MN! Grin
I have to remind him none of us are made of sugar, we won't melt plus of rather park further away to avoid doors being bashed.

The toddler got wet I'm afraid because she was with mean mummy. The baby was ok protected by a massive golf umbrella he found in the boot. The moto staff were suitability chastened by his angry glares.

I did not laugh when he realised the baby was damp anyway from a nappy escaping poo she had done steathily. No I did not.
