It's only on the App and Mobile sites, not the Desktop yet (although there are some topics where we've been able to post pics for quite some time).

If you're doing the above already, then your picture file may be too big. (I think!)

I just tried to post a pic clicking the browse button. Went to camera but it wouldnt let me select a pic. Now the browse button has disappeared.
