Telling friend not to pay parking fine

She stayed fifteen mins over in an aldi car park and has been sent a ticket from parking eye management! I have told her to not respond to it as I've seen others on here that say not to pay/respond to the demands! but now I'm not sure if that was right?!

You should advise her to go and have a read on Moneysavingexpert. Things have changed a bit. However, I'm ignoring one from December, and touch wood they went quiet after a "letter before action" in May.
