Once I have heard something upsetting I seem to dwell on it. It pops into my head constantly when I try and distract myself.

Some days I feel like the morbid thoughts I have are stopping me enjoying having DS as I'm terrified something bad will happen to him.

Am I a total morbid freak?

No

I have morbid thoughts then I start crying. I should be an actress. I can cry on cue

nope, we all do it from time to time, it's called being a loving parent, but we need to get it into prospective, sadly the bad stuff sells newspaper, enjoy your life with ds, you're a great mum!
