To think that soaps props departments could be more realistic?

It makes my teeth itch when characters are wandering around with coffee shop style take away coffee cups which obviously have nothing in them -is that hard to put some water in them so at least they are weighed down and look realistic?
Suitcases and bags too-it is so obvious they are empty. Really annoys me.

Just wait until you start IKEA spotting. Props buyers should have some kind of loyalty card!

the suitcases thing has annoyed me ever since I was a kid, swinging them about so obviously as light as a feather! H&S probably prevents them putting as much as a pair of socks in them though!

I don't like anything involving food or drink, especially when they are making a cup of tea and pour 2cm into the cup and then pretend to drink it.

I get the rage when they hand a freshly poured coffee or tea over and the person comfortably clasps it around the mug and holds it that way for the whole conversation. It would be hot and hurt their hands!

Yes! I thought I was the only one who noticed the empty take away cup thing. Especially when someone has a holder with 2 or 3 in it and they are waving it about

Lots of prop buying at Tesco too. Amusing when characters are supposed to be upmarket, style conscious and then have the same cheap plates and cups I do.
