Did DC pass? I can't make out the results. Please help

Daughter 14yrs. Year 9, going to year 10 in Sept 13. I don't understand as well why she is doing GCSEs now. Anyway, has she passed?

Results:

Level GCSEs

Science A (Route 1) Grd 1 - B, Mark equiv 282, Points 46

Chemistry Unit 1 Tier H, Mark equiv 75B

Physics Unit 1 Tier H, Mark equiv 66C

Science A Unit 4, Mark equiv 87A

I am ashamed to say, I don't know what these results mean and the school is shut so can't get an answer.

I'd read those as she got a B, B, C, A.

But I haven't a clue really so don't listen to me.

I think they are units towards a modular GCSE, but I don't know more than that.

Try posting in secondary education.

I take is as BCA, with an overall B.

She got a B overall in Science, B in Chemistry, C in Physics and B in the unit 4 which I think is the practical. Did she not do a Biology exam?

She has probably started her gcses in Year 9 and this is an update on progress. If these are interim results she stands to do v well in Tear 11.
