so dh is lovely and yesterday I was at work, so he did loads of fun things with the kids, walked the dogs, actually cleaned the whole house and did all the washing, came to pick me up from work with the kids already in their pjs and ready for bed. He had made me dinner, a lovely chilli which was delicious, made it into a lovely burrito for me as I dont really like rice and served me as I sat on my lazy bum, he cleaned up all the dinner pots, sorted the dogs out and put the coffee on for the morning before coming to bed.

His only crime, he didnt clean the garlic press and the house smells of garlic and I have had to scrape it clean withm y finger nails so now I also stink of garlic. So is that enough reason for divorce? or murder? or do I just have to accept being smelly?

P.s. lighthearted I am very grateful for everything dh did yesterday.

LTB. So I can have him. Dh won't mind, he likes chilli. And we have an "easy clean" garlic press.

Find a stainless steel something and wash your hands with it (I have a specific bar for this but a teaspoon will do).

Takes the smell away.

LTB. While I was volunteering all day yesterday (polishes halo) he mowed the front and back lawns, walked the dog, emptied the van and pitched the tent to dry from the weekend's camping spent in fucking biblical rain did two loads of laundry and cleaned our bikes.

BASTARD then proceeded to polish off the stilton to himself. I've consulted my solicitor.

Yep. You can get specific stones for it - I have this one and it's great. Works brilliantly if I'm cooking with garlic and onion.

Make him write just 10 lines Grin

Your thread has made me wonder about our garlic press now. DP also made a fabulous chili this weekend - I bought a new garlic press a few months ago, which I know he hasn't used yet. So ....... what did he do with the garlic? Confused

Rub your garlicky fingers on the stainless steel draining board. I have a stainless steel stone (which I can never find) and the draining board works just as well! Plus I can't lose it...

Mine has the nerve to eat snails while I was away visiting my mother. He had garlic breath for nearly a week, I warned him that if we got to day 7 I would be ringing my lawyer.
